  • Medical Conditions/ Ability to Swim -Very Important - passengers with medical conditions that could jeopardize their personal well being while aboard the vessel must make this known to the captain at time of booking for trip evaluation, planning, and consideration. Passengers with existing medical conditions may not respond to certain sea and weather conditions, which could lead to less than a great day. The concerned passenger is encouraged to bring emergency medication or other supplies as required for a safe voyage. Passengers who are unable to swim must make this known to the Captain at time of booking.

  • Charter Bookings require a $200 deposit in US currency payable by check or money order to Milton Brelsford unless other arrangements are agreed upon.  Final payment is due the day of the charter by cash, check or money order. Credit Cards are not accepted.

The deposit is refundable if the trip is canceled with two weeks prior notice by you. If the trip is cancelled with less than two weeks notice, the deposit is forfeited, but may be credited partially or in whole or towards the next charter with in a year, after a review of the circumstances (including expenses incurred) by and at the sole determination of Captain Brelsford.

The deposit will be refunded should the trip be cancelled by Captain Brelsford. Although trip cancellations by Captain Brelsford are rare, they do occur, and are normally attributed to factors beyond anticipation such as poor weather, other safety related issues, or sudden equipment failure.
